Talking and working with so many studio owners over the years allowed me to really hear what were the largest concerns of Yoga Studio Owners. What I heard over and over was the sense of isolation they feel.
As my husband has been part of YPO (Young President’s Organization), an international group of business owners focusing on developing Lifelong Learning and Leadership. I figured that us small business owners have all the same concerns as large corporations. Yet, instead of having a team to delegate to, most of the time you have to do it all!!
That was the concept and it has taken off! Each month Eka Groups refocuses us on specific business issues. Often, the month can come and go, get caught up in the daily details and don’t have the time to look at the bigger marketing and business picture. So excited to work with so many amazing small business owners, spreading yoga in their communities!
